We do not feel the review is reflective of the care we provide. For example, care staff followed the correct procedures in contacting the paramedics and it was ultimately the paramedics who made the decision to admit Mum to the hospital. Further, on the day of discharge, Mum was well presented and no concerns were raised at the time. The clothing, as discussed, was in the laundry being cleaned and was collected by you within a few days of discharge. No items were missing.
We were pleased when you made the decision to extend Mum's respite and we were unaware of the issues you raised. We don't have a record of a formal complaint and would be happy to discuss this in more detail.
