Your father was a very popular resident here at Lakeside and he will be dearly missed by the whole team. Sadly his dementia had progressed to where Lakeside was no longer able to meet his needs as they had become nursing dementia and Lakeside care home is not registered with the Care Quality Commission for that category of care. We take feedback from our families very seriously and would have been very happy to address any of your concerns at any point over the last 17 months.
