The English Community Care Association (ECCA) is the leading trade association for the UK's independent health and social care sector. ECCA delivers the sector's key message to ministers, MPs, the media and civil servants. The ECCA aim is to lead a unified independent health and social care sector and to deliver our members with an environment in which their organisations can thrive and where the highest standards of health and social care are promoted and protected. ECCA members include not-for-profit organsiations, mutuals and friendly societies, as well as commercial companies - large and small.
