Sadly my brother Raymond recently passed away, I wanted to let others know that Hamilton House Care Centre, Drayton provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend this care home. The treatment, care and dedication that Raymond received from the home was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble to the staff and the way he was always treated with the highest respect and dignity - no amount of praise is high enough for all the staff at Hamilton House for the way his last days and months of his life were cared for.

I put my father in this home as it was purpose-built, modern and clean along with a convenient location. Most staff in the home, including the nurses and manager during the time he was alive were very good and any concerns were taken on board. When putting a family member into a Home, it is not quite like being at home (if you see what I mean), however, I am very happy I chose this one. Also, the nurse on the night my father died was excellent – she was very professional in how she handled the situation. Sounds strange but we miss not visiting as this home had a happy and welcoming feeling which is a compliment to the staff and that is also why I will give it 9/10. Thank you to all the nurses and other staff at Hamilton House who cared for and looked after my father during the time he was there.

Thank you for taking care of my dad in his last few months of his life. All carers at the home were brilliant with my dad. They all do a brilliant job. Accommodation excellent. Nice bedroom and walk in shower and toilet.
