My mother D.W. had a bad fall at home and was placed into Redworth to recover after spending one month in hospital. The care she received was second to none. The staff were fantastic, all of the departments that worked with her were very respectful and caring and they supported her on her journey to
get back home. Thank you all from the whole family.

As a family we have been very pleased with the care our relative has received whilst they have been a resident at Bentley Court.
The staff are very respectful and caring. They are always available to speak to and will answer any questions we have. They have listened to positive feedback and also when

We would recommend Bentley Court highly.

My dad has spent quite a few years at Kingfisher Nursing Home. Currently, the care he is receiving is excellent. Caring, kind staff who ensure he is comfortable and treated as an individual with dignity. The management of the nursing home is in excellent hands, and their door is always open if we have
any concerns about my dad's health or care needs. The overall experience is excellent, and this gives us as a family peace of mind that my dad is well looked after. Thank you.

My siblings and I are very grateful for the outstanding care, kindness, and support provide by Ashwood Care Centre for both our parents who are residents.
Mum and dad regularly tell us how wonderful, friendly, and attentive all the staff are. They always speak highly of the care team and often mention
how much they appreciate the kindness shown to them on a daily basis. It is reassuring for us as a family to see them comfortable, supported, and well cared for.
A particularly special moment for our family was when dad celebrated his 102nd birthday at the care home. The staff truly went above and beyond to make the occasion unforgettable. They decorated his room, arranged for the chef to make a special birthday cake, and invited residents, including our mum, to gather around dad's bedside to sing Happy Birthday together.
The care home is always clean, organised, and welcoming, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel safe, valued, and at home. Thank You

This is a very professional, well led nursing home with excellent, caring and hard working staff. I am always made welcome when I visit my wife, who has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia, which can be very challenging at times. In conclusion, I can only say that I am sure I could not have found a better
place for my wife to be looked after 24/7, as this nursing home is truly outstanding in every way.

My Sister was a resident at Ashurst Park.
Claire was evicted from another local care home in June last year and became a resident then.Claire's care was excellent under Jomina and her wonderful broad team.On Easter Sunday Claire became unwell and there was no choice other than to send her to hospital
at.The staff were in daily contact with us for the two weeks Claire was there and they were keen to have her home as they knew that would be the best for Claire.Sadly that was not to be and after two weeks receiving excellent care, Claire lost her battle with pneumonia.
Jomina and her team were very supportive to us after Claire died and have treated us as family. We could not thank them enough for the kindness shown to us all for the ten months that Claire was there and after she died.

My first impression of Lashbrook House was the friendly staff. Every visit, the staff were very helpful and happy to see you. The care for my father was amazing. The staff were very organised and accommodating when we asked to rearrange the layout in the room. Communications were timely and very clear.
My father particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities organised each week and also the frequent "chats" with the staff. All round excellent. Thank you.

I wanted to show how impressed I am with Moorland Gardens Care Home. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by such a warm and friendly team - it's clear the staff truly enjoy what they do. The care home is always spotless, which brings a comforting sense of calm to everyone who
visits. What really stands out to me is how actively the carers engage with the residents, making sure there's always something interesting happening. Most recently, they organised a fantastic trip to Whipsnade Zoo, which brought so much joy and excitement to everyone involved. It's evident that the carers genuinely care for each resident, going above and beyond to make every day special. I can't recommend Moorland Gardens highly enough for anyone looking for a caring and lively environment for their loved one.

Looked after my poorly stepdad for end of life care, although his time here was very short, the team looked after him with respect and care I would want for myself. Nothing was too much from all staff. Met with smiles and compassion by everyone on every visit day and night staff. The end of life care
each and every member of staff gave my stepdad was exceptional thankyou so much from the bottom of our hearts for giving our loved one a dignified respectful ending and listening to all of our concerns
Reply from Hayley Kyte, Home Manager at Herondale/KingfisherThank you so much for taking the time to leave such a touching review and for sharing your family's experience with us. Although your stepdad's time with us was short, it was a privilege to care for him and support your family during such an important and emotional time. Knowing that you felt welcomed with smiles, compassion and kindness from both our day and night teams means a great deal to us. On behalf of everyone at Herondale Kingfisher, thank you for placing your trust in us during such a difficult time. Your appreciation will be shared with the entire team.
