We’re sorry you’re not satisfied with the communication you are receiving regarding your mother on days you are unable to visit her in person, we know this is very important to know to put you and your family’s minds at ease. We will forward this to the nurse and care team to be more informative and detailed when calling for updates on your mother and hopefully this can resolve the problem you have been experiencing.
