My mother has been a resident here since September 2023. She came from another care home. My mother has advanced dementia and needs a lot of support. Springfield have been impeccable with their care from day one. They immediately identified her needs and have given her the appropriate care throughout her time here. The staff are very caring and attentive to her needs. They make her feel at home and cared for. They treat her like family and their warmth is so reassuring to see. Her previous care home were talking about putting her on palliative care before she left but since joining Springfield her quality of life has improved tenfold down to the care that she has received here. I think it also helps that I believe the staff are very happy at the care home. They have a very good work ethic and they really show team work between them. Nothing is too much for them and they are always willing to go the extra mile for their residents.

I visited my aunt for the 1st time here. So lovely, everyone has been so kind and helpful. My aunt loves being here. Thank you for all of your hard work and care

I love the staff here. They are genuinely caring. They treat mum like family even though she can exhibit quite challenging behaviour. They care about getting the small details right and are always receptive to a quick chat about concerns and to take feedback. My mum has benefited hugely from everyone's engagement and investment in her well being from the manager down to individual carers and cleaners. Things are not perfect but problems are always addressed and resolved. I am so very grateful to them all. I know they make mum feel safe and cared for and that means I can relax too.

my mum lived at the fountains care Home for over 4 years, until she sadly passed away in July 26. She always received wonderful care, support, understanding & was treated with dignity & respect. All the staff were friendly & went out of their way to make my mum as happy as possible. As a family we also received help & support during the difficult times & especially when my mum became very ill & needed palliative care. we are so pleased we choose the Fountains care Home & highly recommend it.

My mums wellbeing is very improved, and I don't worry about her, she is well taken care of.

My husband received Excellent care in his room while living there. He passed away on the night of 26.8.26. He was taken care of and I was informed about it straight away and kept in touch till myself along with my family arrived in the morning of 27.8.26. The doctor certified his death 3am. Most professional care was given by the administration staff. Very thankful

I am happy with the care that I receive in the care home. I have been a resident for one year now and everyone is very helpful and accomodating. I feel safe here in fern gardens. They attend to all my needs promptly.

My wife is being well cared and look at Fern Gardens. Staff does excellent job and they are caring and very professional. I would like my wife to stay here.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Clarendon for their kindness, dedication and outstanding care. They truly make a difference every day.

My husband & I intended to have a pleasant visit with my sister-in-law who is a resident. Immediately we were warmly greeted and asked if we were there to visit and join in the Summer BBQ. This occasion was so well organised even hats distributed for those who wanted to come and gather outside in the garden. The chef cooked and supervised the BBQ and staff and friends helped to serve all! Then the guest singer soon had us all tapping our feet or doing a hand-jive, and as all residents were enjoying the familiar songs even some of the carers were able to show off their dancing moves with friends & family! Even the weather stayed fine for all to relax! A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon together. Well done to the events & activities team with the hands on help of all the staff, family & friends. A class atmosphere!

From when you arrive, you are made welcome by Tracy and Tanya. The management and care staff are very good too. Always pleasant to talk too. It seems a good choice for the welfare of the residents, I would recommend Brook House to anyone needing professional help.

I recently spent the day with my sister and was so happy to see how welcoming everyone was. I was even able to spend some time doing the my sister nails, and it was beautiful to see her faces light up and how happy and special it made her feel,the staff are all so encouraging and welcoming throughout my visits, there, it means so much to our family to know that my sister is in a place where she is cared for, respected and surrounded by people who go that extra mile,thanks
