Over the last few weeks, I have seen the staff work together very well as a team. They pull together to make each day count. Although they are under increasing pressure from daily tasks, they plough through. They try to support each resident's individual needs. They have been very supportive of us as
a family. When problems occur, they are dealt with promptly. A big thank you from myself and my mom to all the team, from the management to the nurses, carers, activity staff, kitchen staff, and maintenance staff. Keep up the good work.

We have seen positive improvement in Bernard, and we attribute this to his being involved in various activities, in part and a more inclusive environment. He can be independent and non-cooperative, but is treated with respect.

After a regular visit to my sister-in-law Bernadette who has been a resident at Bromford Lane care home for 12 months I feel I need to Compliment the care given. I was impressed today with the carers Ade & Adam who were giving assistance to vulnerable residents in the dining room. Their attention to
the care and assistance was excellent and very attentive. Wonderful to see.

Our experience at this nursing home has been very positive. Amir has settled in very well, and the staff have been very supportive and comforting for Amir.
All of Amir's needs have been met, and staff members have been active in uplifting Amir's spirits in this difficult time, as a famiy we are satisfied
with the service.

Mom came into care displaying challenging behaviours. Overall she received good, attentive care from all of the team which made the experience easier for us overall.
On reflection, I would recommend this facility for it's professional and caring attitude.

Mom, Yvonne was at end of life during November, we were kept informed during this time. The staff were lovely to Mom and made sure she was comfortable. The nurses were also very kind and caring.
On the day Mom died the nurse phone me in good time to be with Mom when she passed. Everyone was very caring
& kind.
Thank you. Sandra

We have entrusted Bromford home for 5 years to care for our mother. I have always found the staff friendly, professional and caring. The staff here don't change often which is great for the residents and also says a lot for the Management Team.

My wife has now been in the EAB unit at Bromford Lane Care Home for three weeks. I am very pleased with the care my wife is receiving from all the staff and management. Following her assessment I am hoping that the care home will be in a position of looking after my wife's care which she will require
in the future. Thank you everyone at Bromford Lane.

At Bentley court everyone is very friendly and very approachable at all times. Always happy to chat with you. Thank you to all the Dementia staff Nurses and care staff at Bromford Lane Care Centre for the care provided to my Dad.
Dad stayed in an EAB (enhanced assessment beds) capacity on his journey towards a permanent placement elsewhere nearer his family.
Because of the EAB capacity, Mum had access to
NHS physios approximately three times a week who were fantastic with dad and aided in him rehab from receiving all care in bed to being able to sit out and engage again. I can't thank them enough for that.
Thank you to the EAB manager and the EAB Deputy who went above and beyond, they were always available to help. EAB Deputy Manager would greet with a smile she would give Dad a hug and sit chat to him. It has been a difficult time for Dad and seeing your genuine enthusiasm about each step in his improvement won't be forgotten - thank you.
Thank you to another member of staff (Family Liaison), in particular, for helping us when things weren't running smoothly and for your kindness.

I am aware that placing a loved one in to care is an incredible emotional decision so wanted to update that review which i hope gives some comfort to this placing loved ones at BLCH. The care, the catering, the support staff & care workers remain above and beyond excellent. My father has been at the
Home since 5/24 & I personally, & as a family cannot fault the care & respect shown to my father. The daily activities are engaging & appropriate for those suffering with dementia, the staff know my father & the other residents by their names & engage with them in a thoroughly appropriate way, they show great respect to all residents & are supportive & respectful of the family on each visit. From the Home manager to the catering team, care staff, nursing team, facilities team, housekeeping & catering staff ( the food is excellent!! ) I can only give the highest possible rating
