Bentley Court Care Home is a purpose built care home for older people.

Situated in a residential area of Wednesfield, West Midlands. This 77 bedded home is situated in its own pleasant grounds and provides general and dementia nursing care. Accommodation is provided in single en-suite rooms that are arranged over two floors. Communal areas include two dining rooms, two lounges on each floor and a hairdressing salon. Staff encourage their residents to be as active, and to retain as much of their independence, as possible. My father is well looked after at Bentley Court. The staff treat him with respect and patience at all times (not always easy due to his dementia as he can be challenging). He is much happier here than in a previous care home.

At Bentley court everyone is very friendly and very approachable at all times. Always happy to chat with you. My friend has only been staying at Bentley Court for a few weeks, but he seems very settled and very happy. Staff are very attentive at all times with him, which is a great reassurance for ourselves.

Since my wife was referred from hospital to Bentley Court for assessment, she has received excellent care and I am so pleased she will be remaining at this care home. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. The staff are so helpful and dedicated and a credit to the home and its management. From
walking in you get a warm and welcoming vibe, With pleasant management and receptionist.

There is a constant warm atmosphere when I visit my Dad, staff are positive, friendly , helpful, caring and sensitive to needs .
It is such a life changing event handing over care to others, this process was made so easy .
Communication is very good either in person or via the phone.
Dad's care
needs are met with dignity and diligence.
This review is regarding the whole time dad has been here.
Activities and entertainment are second to none, always something going on , residents interact happily ..

There is an ethos that this is their home , residents happily move around, those who are able to.
Continuity of care is paramount to meet the unique needs of individuals this is demonstrated.
This morning I came into dad and he said '
put the kettle on bab ' he really feels at home .
All staff are a credit to this home making it a lovely place
Big shout out to the entertainment team
As a family we couldn't wish for a better service

I am completely bowled over by Bentley Court Care Home and the amazing way my aunt has been welcomed. Staff are kind, caring and extremely hard-working. My aunt loves the meals and has begun participating in all activities offered, much to my relief. She has said that after struggling to live alone,
she now "feels safe" all the time and she is happier now than I have seen her in a long time. Thank you Bentley Court.

Bentley Court is an oasis in the middle of the desert. I only have the utmost praise for the management and their brilliant staff. You are made to feel welcome and the amount of care my wife has received, in my opinion, is second to none. Every request is met with a smile and is always acted upon.

Mom has been in Bentley Court for eight weeks. When she arrived, she was not too well at all, not eating, suffering with delirium. In those short eight weeks, Mom has improved a great deal, she has a good appetite, enjoys most meals, has no more delirium, a massive improvement all round. Staff are friendly
and always there to help. Overall, a lovely home.

Bentley Court Care Home has been a good choice of nursing home for my father. There are some excellent members of staff and I feel reassured when I visit that my Dad is being cared for with dignity and respect in a safe and happy environment. The food looks appetising and homemade and when I visit I
am always made to feel welcome. The staff are easily approachable should I have concerns. There are a range of activities organised by the staff at the home to bring variety and enjoyment to the resident's day. A big thank you to all the staff here!

WHat an absolutely fabulous care home, staff fantastic and always available. Lots of activities for the residents and they look like they're enjoying themselves. Food looks great. Rooms are very clean. Overall wonderful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mum sadly passed away on the 7th of November 2023. The staff could not have been more professional, helpful and accommodating during a difficult time for the family. All staff visited Mum during her last few days, and they were all visibly upset, you could tell they really cared for Mum. During her
eight years at the home, there have been new owners and new staff, but the staff currently have been the best by far. They made the family take comfort in knowing Mym was in safe and good hands when we were not there. I thank them all and will never forget the care they provided for Mum.

My father-in-law has now got a home that we as a family can call home. Staff are second to none. Dad looks like a different person. Gained weight and stopped some medications. We're so glad that Bentley Court will be Dad's final home after a previous care home failed him. Thanks all.

I would thoroughly recommend Bentley Court Care Home. My mother recently had an eight-week stay - the kindness she received exceeded all our expectations. Bentley Court is clean and spacious but what makes it special is the staff. There is a good ratio of staff to residents., the staff put the needs
of residents first and respond to them very quickly. They work extremely hard but still find time to talk to residents and their families and they always have a smile, making it a happy environment for the elderly people. Thank you Bentley Court.

I would like to say thank you to the dedicated staff and management who have got Bentley Court to where it is now, and who I know will keep on improving this lovely home of my moms.
To all the carers who have been with mom through the covid months when we couldn't be there, she loves you as much as
she loves us, mom would not be here today without your hard work but most of all without your love and kindness.
To the new management whose doors are always open, thank you for working hard to get the CQC ratings going the right way. My emails get answered without delay, and any concerns or ideas that might improve my mom's daily life get acted on straight away. On a daily basis you leave your office and check every resident personally, including stopping to do my mom's hair!
To the cleaners and cooks and reception staff, who work hard and keep it looking so welcoming thank you.
I would recommend this home to anyone who has to make the hard decision to put a loved one in care.

Mom has been in Bentley Court now 5 months, the treatment that she has received is second to none, every member of staff has a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble, communication from the staff to our family when mom has had issues has been fast, efficient and informative. Which is nice
during these testing times, the place is immaculate and mom is treated with dignity and respect at all times by every staff member. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this establishment and their professional top notch fantastic to anyone.

Bentley cruise - the organisation for this was excellent. My wife especially enjoyed it as it was her first time out of her room. There was a singer and a real party atmosphere for all residents. The food was excellent also. Great day for all involved.
