Its a very family orientated environment. I can not find a fault at all and very grateful for making a hard time a lot easier.

Need air conditioning as staff working in too hot conditions

My dad has been in a few care homes & Bentley court is the best by far our only regret is that he wasn't able to receive this level of excellent care sooner

Generally good. Staff are caring as are nursing staff. Concerns are addressed promptley. Good idea to station auxilary nurse station in dayroom to monitor residents when care staff are both in a room doing personal care to a bedbound patient. Responsive management team

My father is well looked after at Bentley Court. The staff treat him with respect and patience at all times (not always easy due to his dementia as he can be challenging). He is much happier here than in a previous care home.

Since my wife was referred from hospital to Bentley Court for assessment, she has received excellent care and I am so pleased she will be remaining at this care home. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. The staff are so helpful and dedicated and a credit to the home and its management. From walking in you get a warm and welcoming vibe, With pleasant management and receptionist.

At Bentley court everyone is very friendly and very approachable at all times. Always happy to chat with you. My friend has only been staying at Bentley Court for a few weeks, but he seems very settled and very happy. Staff are very attentive at all times with him, which is a great reassurance for ourselves.

I am completely bowled over by Bentley Court Care Home and the amazing way my aunt has been welcomed. Staff are kind, caring and extremely hard-working. My aunt loves the meals and has begun participating in all activities offered, much to my relief. She has said that after struggling to live alone, she now "feels safe" all the time and she is happier now than I have seen her in a long time. Thank you Bentley Court.

My wife has advanced dementia. I visit her every day. I know if I was not there she would be well looked after.

Bentley Court provides a warm and comfortable environment for those living here. Staff appear to be kind and caring and have time to chat to residents.

Mom has been in Bentley Court for eight weeks. When she arrived, she was not too well at all, not eating, suffering with delirium. In those short eight weeks, Mom has improved a great deal, she has a good appetite, enjoys most meals, has no more delirium, a massive improvement all round. Staff are friendly and always there to help. Overall, a lovely home.

Excellent care home, welcoming, friendly environment, all staff members are very approachable, plenty of activities for the residents to participate in which is very important and not always evident in other homes visited. Well done to all staff, couldn't ask for a better home.

Bentley Court Care Home has been a good choice of nursing home for my father. There are some excellent members of staff and I feel reassured when I visit that my Dad is being cared for with dignity and respect in a safe and happy environment. The food looks appetising and homemade and when I visit I am always made to feel welcome. The staff are easily approachable should I have concerns. There are a range of activities organised by the staff at the home to bring variety and enjoyment to the resident's day. A big thank you to all the staff here!

WHat an absolutely fabulous care home, staff fantastic and always available. Lots of activities for the residents and they look like they're enjoying themselves. Food looks great. Rooms are very clean. Overall wonderful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mum sadly passed away on the 7th of November 2023. The staff could not have been more professional, helpful and accommodating during a difficult time for the family. All staff visited Mum during her last few days, and they were all visibly upset, you could tell they really cared for Mum. During her eight years at the home, there have been new owners and new staff, but the staff currently have been the best by far. They made the family take comfort in knowing Mym was in safe and good hands when we were not there. I thank them all and will never forget the care they provided for Mum.

My father-in-law has now got a home that we as a family can call home. Staff are second to none. Dad looks like a different person. Gained weight and stopped some medications. We're so glad that Bentley Court will be Dad's final home after a previous care home failed him. Thanks all.
