Bentley Court Care Home is a purpose built care home for older people.

Situated in a residential area of Wednesfield, West Midlands. This 77 bedded home is situated in its own pleasant grounds and provides general and dementia nursing care. Accommodation is provided in single en-suite rooms that are arranged over two floors. Communal areas include two dining rooms, two lounges on each floor and a hairdressing salon. Staff encourage their residents to be as active, and to retain as much of their independence, as possible. Today is a glorious day and lots of fun with guests. They had entertainment with lovely music. It is all excellent for me. The food is delicious. I would like to say thank you to all the staff for a brilliant job.

Wonderful care facility, friendly and caring staff who are thoughtful and attentive.
The building is very clean and tidy and always smells nice.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Bentley Court for about three months and has settled in lovely. The staff have been absolutely amazing, and I couldn't ask for anything more for her. She is treated with the dignity, respect and compassion she deserves. They have helped not just Mom but all the
family to come to terms with her illness. If you have any questions, the team will always try and help get the answers you need. Every member of staff from the cleaning team, activities, reception care, medical, kitchen and the management make this place a fantastic place to be able to visit a loved one.

The staff at Bentley Court have been very welcoming and friendly towards my dad since he arrived there and go out of their way to talk to him and encourage him to eat and drink. They are extremely helpful and keep me informed.

My mother was a resident for three and a half years before passing away in December 2021. From the very first day, she was treated with dignity and respect. The staff did everything possible to make her feel that this was her home and I know that in her way she was happy here. The care was exemplary
and the rooms were always spotless when it came to end of life care everyone was wonderful and made her ending very peaceful.

We are so pleased with all the care mom has been shown whilst being here. We are so glad we chose Bentley Court, especially since the new management has taken over, but all the carers and nurses do an excellent job. They have shown mom love and kindness she has been kept clean and comfortable and well-fed.

I am conscious this home does not have any recent reviews and that the home has also suffered some really negative press earlier in the year when it was under different ownership. My mum is placed here and our family have been very happy with her care to date. Her named nurse is fantastic and other
people heavily involved in her care are also worth their weight in gold. My mum's meals look delicious thanks to the new chef, and she has gained weight and is always clean and well presented. My mum's room doesn't smell of residential care and it is reassuring to see little things like the TV on ITV3 so that older versions of the soaps are on helping my mum reminisce. If I email the home I always get a response back quickly. It is important to note that no residential care is perfect and Bentley Court are on an improvement protectory that is not yet reflected in CQC ratings.

My mom was very well looked after, the staff are brilliant. She had first-class care and she loved being there until she sadly passed. My mom always looked respectable and the staff kept me up to date with her health. What a wonderful team they have, thank you Bentley Court, you are amazing.

Mom has been here 3 1/2 months and from the first day, we found the carers and staff very friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Anything you ask them to do they always do it. The home is very clean and tidy. Nurses are very friendly and always listen to any concerns. Food is good,
great variety. I would definitely recommend this care home. I feel comfortable knowing my Mom is being looked after 24 hrs.

Bentley Court is an excellent home, always welcoming. The building is spotlessly clean and the rooms are well equipped. The standard of care that is provided is excellent. The staff go above and beyond, I cannot thank them enough for what they do for my dad. The manager in post has turned Bentley Court
around, I cannot fault the place. I highly recommend Bentley Court to anybody who is looking for a nursing home.
