Warm, friendly greetings and help at all times by all of the staff. They go the extra mile for residents and family. The areas are well maintained, clean and fresh and all requests are met with cheerfulness and speed if possible. My mother loves the food, she thinks its amazing, which is a huge compliment
from such a fussy woman.

Elton Hall has a warm, friendly vibe, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Mum feels the food and laundry are excellent, having explored eleven similar care homes. I personally feel that I would enjoy living at Elton Hall should the need arise. Thank you!

My mother chose to go into Allington House because she needed 24 hour care. A friend of hers had been there and recommended it.
She was with them nearly 2 years and in that time she was well looked after. The food was lovely and the care staff were fabulous. My mother liked them all. There was lots
of activities and organisations visiting.
I am a retired Registered Manager of a Care Home and to me the care that she was given was exemplary. She was in bed for the last year of her stay, and during that time she had no bed sores. And to me that says everything about the standard of care she received.
I was dubious when she first went in, but I have to say she was happy there.

I am very happy living at Elton Hall. Management talk to me if I have a problem, and keep me safe here. Carers very polite, cheerful and helpful. The activities are jolly and good personalities who try to do many games etc... to keep us all active! This is my forever home, so relaxed here, I do my own
hobbies and I have made many friends, thanks!

Following an internal audit, I was contacted by the staff to say that they had found some of Mum's belongings in a small envelope in their safe and arranged for them to be returned to me. These were important personal mementos that I had not realised were missing, so I was very grateful!
Elton Hall
looked after both Mum and Dad at the end of their lives, and the care, support and dignity they gave both during their final stages were outstanding. Both had dementia of different kinds, but the staff looked after both as individuals, ensuring that I always knew they were safe, well cared for and loved. For me, living 200 miles away, this was vital, and when I came over for my weekly or fortnightly visits, I was always made to feel welcome and brought up to speed on their care. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and I loved my visits, despite the travel.
I will forever be thankful for the professionalism, compassion, and love that the staff showed Mum and Dad.

The staff at Allington house have been amazing .My father needed to transfer into a care home.i saw this home and it is amazing and staffed with such lovely people.the evening before my father was meant to move in he became ill and went into hospital .The staff communicated with me every day and were
so comforting and gave so much of their time . Sadly it-was not to be but my biggest regret is that I did not push my father into going into this care home sooner .He would have received as much stimulation as he cared for and would have eaten well and been kept hydrated and probably lived far longer .Sadly he was not aware how positive a care home can be

My sister had a 12 month stay here. She had a lovely room home from home everything in there but the kitchen sink .The residents are like one big happy family. Daily activities, BBQ in the garden with a tipple or two. Sadly in March my sister passed it was unexpected a shock to every one. Staff went
that extra mile playing her music making sure she had her little mascot. Staff made sure she had plenty of cuddles. Allington House is an outstanding home staff go above and beyond for residents and families too. With endless patience and kindness no matter what challenges they are presented with. Love and appreciation to all .

I can confirm that the care and support plans were easily accessible digital system and we are very person centred.
Additionally the care and administrative staff were very supporting and professional to me and my client, I was very impressed.

I cannot commend enough the care of the staff on the dementia unit enough in the care of my sister, at every turn their compassion shines through when even things get fraught and sometimes frustrating for the residents of the home they show calm and a sense of care that astounds me, they truly are a

The home is always very clean and the staff are always working hard, they never seem to stop working. I don't think they could do any more for my mother in law. All her needs are taken care for by the home. We couldn't as for better.

First I would like to thank you for the improvement to the Hollies where my wife resides, also downstairs it's also nice to visit.

But outside the front of the building is a total disgrace. A total mess. The facade wants a facelift. Rubbish from the upgrade
strewn about in the flowerbed full of weeds. The drive is full of holes and the entrance is poor putting off potential clients. It certainly needs to be done ASAP.

I was sad that my mother had to go into a care home but there was no other alternative. However, having visited her from afar I was so reassured and delighted with the accommodation, the care, and the staff. The manager and her staff were all hugely friendly and busily tended to the residents in a genuinely
caring manner.
The accommodation is very nice, warm and spotlessly clean. The communal rooms are quite spectacular, with well-maintained and pretty gardens. The rooms are nice, well equipped, and provide individual wc and sink facilities. It was reassuring that there was a programme of daily maintenance in place.
I came away feeling much happier about my mother's circumstances as I know she is safe, has good company, and will be well looked after.

The staff in the home were so down to earth and amazing at looking after our nana who sadly passed away in January in Allington House. They didn’t only take care of her, but our whole family who were there day and night by her side towards the end. They would come in for a chat or even a shoulder to
cry on, offered us food and drinks, and even a bed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for all that you do.
