Mum and family are very happy with Oak View, the staff are lovely and everything is excellent.

I'd like to thank everyone at Willow Lodge for everything they do.

My husband has been at Willow Lodge since last August and I wouldn't want him anywhere else.The dedication and care the staff and mangement give are second to none. I wish I had found Willow Lodge earlier. My husband has settled here very well, and whenever I come to visit they make me feel so welcome.

Every time I come into visit my brother, everyone is so helpful and friendly, always feel my brother is getting the best care and attention so go home with peace of mind. Thank you.

Oak View residential care home is everything you could want for one of your parents at this difficult stage of their life. It is such a supportive, clean, positive experience visiting. We cannot thank everyone enough for the support.

All the staff at Oak View are absolutely amazing and outstanding care towards their residents. I am very pleased with my dads care and the updates we as a family receive about needs or anything he needs or changes. Nothing is too much. Seeing my dad settled and happy gives comfort to our family. It always has a warm welcome and very clean! We as a family are incredibly grateful for all that you all do.

The staff at Willow Lodge are outstanding. They have been kind, patient and respectful in a way that I have rarely seen in carers when communicating with dementia patients. It is also a beautiful care home, making a huge difference to the feel of the place. There is a large, light and airy day room for residents to sit or move around in freely and it looks out onto a lovely garden. The furniture is very well suited to the various needs of both residents and visitors. The dining room is equally attractive, having a hotel feel with lovely décor and a menu set out on each table every day. The food is excellent and visitors are always invited to eat with the residents. Staff are always around and help the moment anyone needs it. My mother's room is lovely, spacious and light. Activities are thoughtful with singalongs, hairdressers, music playing and animal visits from a local farm. The staff seem to genuinely care and Mum has settled in extremely well. Thank you to all at, Willow Lodge.

The entertainment you organise and the personal attention that you give to your residents at Willow Lodge is lovely. Dad was not quite himself when we arrived today but with the music and cheer around the room he perked up and I had a lovely dance with him.

My dad has been living at this care home since August 2025 and overall we've been very pleased with the care he's received. The staff are kind, patient and caring and they treat residents with dignity & respect. Communication with the family has been good, and its reassuring to know eh is being looked after properly. The home itself is clean and welcoming and there's a calm, friendly atmosphere. Well done.

My husband has been at Oak View for just over three months. In that time, despite his dementia deteriorating rapidly, he has always been well looked after, treated with kindness and care, supporting him to retain his dignity and independence, as much as possible. He is safe, warm, and comfortable in a lovely environment. The staff really understand the meaning of 'care', which is a joy to see in sometimes very challenging circumstances.

My husband is cared for in Oak View with kindness & compassion. His food is carefully and thoughtfully prepared and the staff look after him with care and attention. All the staff are kind and thoughtful and carry out their duties with cheerful good humour. They are always smiling and providing a kind and happy atmosphere for the patients. I cannot praise them highly enough for the excellent job they carry out.

Excellent home from cleaners to management. A friendly welcome on each visit the resident i visit is all care and is always washed dressed and comfortable. The food is a good variety and seldom does she leave any. The room is bright clean and comfortable

I am very pleased with Shedfield Lodge. The staff have made me very welcome, in fact they have made me feel at home here, which is very comforting and my wife is being very well cared for, which is paramount to me.

I cannot express how excellent the care of my mum was at Oak View Care Home. She was there 4 years and the love and care for her was excellent. We always felt welcome when we visited and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so caring and understanding when my mum became poorly and she could not have been in a better place. Thank you to all the staff and keep up your good work.

To sit there today and see my ' hero ' with a smile on his face and happy with life, is something I thought was long gone. So, please, pass on a BIG THANK YOU to everyone. It is greatly appreciated. That love they show to the residents also extends to the family members who are always welcomed by the staff with open arms.

Staff friendly. Always ask how are you. Very clean. Always have some thing going on to make you feel relaxed.

My husband has only been a resident for a short time. From what I have seen the staff seem very caring and are aware of the movements of all the residents. I am made welcome when I visit. My husband is non-verbal but he smiles a lot so I assume that he is happy. I am sure that he is very well cared for.

First class from start to finish. Everyone who works here always do their best for the clients. It runs like clock work. Very impressive indeed. My brother is happy here and feels at home. Thank you to all.
