The staff are very patient with the residents always helpfull, nothing is any trouble for them, my sister is happy in the home.

The staff deserve medals here and are caring & knowledgeable. They notice the small things, take the residents seriously. I feel confident & happy leaving my mum in their hands.

My dad was in for respite care after a stroke and a fall. Room was lovely and spacious, bed was really comfortable. Staff were approachable and helpful, with one in particular individual going above and beyond her duties (SG) to make my dad comfortable during his stay. Nothing was too much trouble. A good game of dominos with other interim residents passed the time of day, garden trips and lots to do, all these made his stay more enjoyable. The only downside I have is the food, repetitive and not very nutritious. My dad is a coeliac, so no gluten, wheat, barley etc but he was given all of these foods, not all the time but some of the times. That's my only criticism. Apart from that he had the best time with staff and residents alike.

The very best in service, attitude, empathy and overall care is provided to all patients at all times. No matter how challenging the situation, the matter, is handled with a professional acumen and compassion. All of this works towards a welcome, warming family vibe and sense of community within Redworth House.

My wife has had excellent care and is still in Redworth House. The staff go above and beyond to help. Also, my wife is eating a lot better and seems to be mixing with other residents. Staff management are absolutely amazing. Thank you all for your brilliant care. From George

Freda has really settled here at Redworth House staff very friendly food lovely my gran really enjoys the meals and is eating a lot better then she was at home. Staff very friendly. Also a warm welcome every time I visit. Can not fault my gran's care.

A wonderful home for mum - mum has now been at Brancepeth Court for three weeks, and we honestly can't believe the difference in her. At 96, and with advanced Alzheimer's, she is incredibly frail and we know her overall condition isn't going to improve but what has changed is how peaceful, content and cared for she seems. Previously, mum was largely bedbound. Here she is encouraged to get up each day, enjoy a routine and spend time with others. She has company around her, which has made such a difference to her lonliness, and she has even started doing word searches. She is always clean and beautifully cared for, with her hair washed, nails cut and polished, and every effort made to preserve her dignity. the home is exceptionally clean, the food and drinks are excellent, with fresh pureed meals prepared for her, and the staff are kind, attentive and genuinely caring. Knowing mum is safe, comfortable and surrounded by people who treat her with such kindness and dignity is an enormous relied to our family, we are so grateful to everyone who cares for mum.

My sister had to come into Richmond Court in Willington for emergency respite after being discharged from hospital until a care package was arranged for her at home. The staff made Kelly feel very welcome and provided 100% person-centered care. We felt she was safe and well looked after, and we would definitely recommend Richmond Court to anyone.

My dad moved from Brancepeth Court to Lumley in May, and Dad and I are absolutely delighted! Every single member of staff are excellent, they are so kind and caring to every resident and always treat them with total respect. The staff regularly bathe/shower, wash residents and make them comfortable for the day ahead. Residents are helped to the dining table for each meal and some are helped to eat. I go to see Dad regularly and can't help hearing interactions between staff and residents and, honestly, staff constantly reassure residents constantly. I know my dad and everyone are well looked after. The home/rooms are spotless too, the cleaners are great as are the laundry ladies. Food is very good. The manager, Kelly, is extremely approachable & strives to make the home a great place to live & work.

We have recently had a few very hard weeks, John's sister Shirley passed away. I have had several calls/texts with staff to plan relating the news to John and planning the funeral. The staff have been brilliant throughout this very difficult time. Staff attended the funeral to assist John, she was amazing, keeping John calm/relaxed, can't speak highly enough of staff. Staff - first class!

My brother-in-law lives at Richmond Court and the staff are always attentive, kind & thoughtful. They go out of their way to ensure he is happy & safe. When he had a significant birthday, they threw a party. Most recently one member of staff accompanied my brother-in-law to a family funeral, helping to keep him settled but also able to participate.

He told me he had had a lovely time. Everyone was nice and he liked all the food, so overall very good.

Lovely clean rooms and facilities. Staff very caring, brother thinks he's staying in a hotel, very well looked after.

The overall experience was great. The cleanliness and room were great and the the staff were excellent.

My Uncle expressed he had a really enjoyable time. Good communication and all clothes came home laundered. Thank you.

Everyday is different she says with activities ongoing and all staff members are caring and friendly and nothing is ever not possible they treat you with respect and compassion like your own family members.
