My brother was well cared for by people who were both very professional and compassionate. They would answer any questions that they were able to and they all know how to make a decent cup of coffee for visitors. I am unclear about "activities" as I was only a visitor. Value for money is unknown as funded
by NHS but would imagine they would be happy.

My mother has been in Dungate Manor for 4 years. It's not been an easy ride as she struggles to settle. However the carers have pursued with kindness and support for us both. Since the new ownership, I have noticed a positive change in the atmosphere, activities, and now the food. My mother is now calmer
and more content. Last night they launched their new food menu at a firework and taster evening. The food has always been a bit of a bugbear with my mother who pronounced the new food as 'excellent' and I agree it was beautifully presented and delicious. I'm now looking forward to joining her for lunch!!

We're especially thrilled that your mother enjoyed the new menu at the firework and taster evening, her "excellent" verdict and your compliments on the presentation mean a lot to us. I chose Dungate Manor for my husband because the staff are exceptionally kind, caring and professional. They work extremely hard and get on well together. The new activities manager is very jolly and includes all the residents, whatever their ability. The deputy manager is acting manager at present,
working long hours and with huge responsibility.

We're especially pleased that you've had such positive experiences with our activities and care teams. Your kind words about our acting manager and staff will be shared with them-they will be very grateful. We'd also like to acknowledge and appreciate your recognition of the deputy manager's exceptional dedication, as they continue to lead and support the team with warmth, professionalism, and commitment.

Mum has been a resident of Ardtully nearly 2 years now. She is well looked after and her ongoing needs are met by the staff. She really enjoys the activities, especially the new choir and visiting animals. We are very grateful for the wonderful care mum receives.
