From my initial conversations with the manager, I knew that I had found the right place for Mum. The team at Dungate is a well knit family, working as one.
In particular I would like to name one staff member as an outstanding care giver and amazing individual who is very much in charge of her team. As with all her staff, she gives 110% every single minute of the day. The manager and this care giver quite obviously have the respect of all their carefully chosen staff and it is clear to see that this is reciprocated by them.
I must mention three other staff members, all of whom I found to be incredibly dedicated and committed to their profession. Every single member of staff was approachable and helpful.
