My Mum had many difficulties - both physical and mental. The carers at Willow Park were professional understanding and kind. She wasn't always the easiest resident, but nevertheless was given excellent care and attention. My husband and I were always given a huge welcome on our visits.

Amazing care home , all the staff are caring,friendly and always available for a chat the home is spotless and plenty of entertainment for the residents everyday. Meals times look very appealing and rooms are spotless everyday.

my husband as just had nearly two weeks in respite he as come home very happy he as been looked after better then the last one I will be happy for him to a resident again if he as to come in respite again xxx

All the staff at Birch Park have been so caring, kind and compassionate throughout my mum's end of life stay at the home. Mum was treated with dignity and love at all times and I myself was treated as part of her care package, always someone checking in with me, feeding me during a long stay and comforting me when I needed it. Rooms are bright, clean and well appointed for short or long stays. Communal areas feel welcoming and the garden is a lovely area with seating in sun or shade. I would definitely recommend Birch Park Care Home to anyone looking for a safe, caring environment for a loved one.

Mum has really settled well into this care home. This is her 4th care home as her previous placements have not been able to meet her needs due to her behaviour. She said she is "very happy". Staff are very accommodating and are keen to ensure mum remains happy.

If I need to go into a care home in the future them I hope it is like this one.

In addition to the care that my cousin was given the support that we her family received from the home went above and beyond what we expected.

I visited my uncle in room 57 and felt he has really settled. My experience is Willow Park is outstanding. Staff were interacting with all residents and I felt my uncle felt he was safe and at home. I find the manager Victoria and Lynn the administraor are very welcoming and make families feel at ease. I would strongly recommend Willow Park.

My husband was admitted on 2nd July & died on 10th July in the home - Without exception everyone was so kind & helpful in such a difficult time for me & my family. We couldn't have asked for anything better, the way he was looked after & the help we had as a family. I would thoroughly recommend the home to anyone wishing to put their loved one in care.

My only criticism is about the lack of car parking space for visitors, staff, ambulances and the pubic during services during the working day. Could not more parking be provided within the site?

My father has made vast improvements since been looked after by the staff at Green Acres, so much so my mum is now here. Absolutely fantastic establishment. Very happy to have my parents cared for here.

The level of care provided is exceptional, and it is reassuring to know that our Mum was in such capable & caring hands. The staff are always friendly, approachable, & willing to offer support. There is a genuine sense of community within the home. We are incredibly grateful for everything the team did for Mum & would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone looking for outstanding dementia care

In my opinion, my sister received excellent care and attention and was treated with dignity and respect despite sometimes being a difficult person; nothing ever seemed too much trouble as staff and carers were always polite and kind to us.

My grandma was a resident with Willow Park care home from January to her passing in April. I can not state how highly I regard Willow park and the whole team. From the very beginning Victoria the care manager, helped me throughout the initial process for getting my Grandma into the home and with the social worker for her funding. Victoria was always on hand throughout our time at the home, with a warm smile and caring approach to her. You could tell she genuinely cared for all her residents and knew each and every one of them. The smiles on the residents faces as she would speak to them, spoke volumes.

The whole care team from the cleaning crew to kitchen crew, to care team and leaders were amazing. You can see each and every one of them loved their jobs (even when they had tough days) and treated each and every resident with respect and true care. I could name every care staff that were so brilliant with my Grandma, but this review would go on for ages. They're all so wonderful.

Oak Park is a great care home. We have family members in there and they are very well looked after by staff who genuinely care. They do all sorts of activities with them. Keep up the amazing work guys.

The staff are extremely helpful, thoughtful and informative, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They get to know each resident very well and treat them all as individuals according to their specific needs. There are plenty of activities and entertainment for the residents to get involved with, and it's lovely to see them engaging with everyone - including the staff. No matter what time of day it is, you are made to feel welcome and included its a very happy place to be.

I love that they do loads of different activities through the day, and everyone joins in, they don't leave anyone out, very friendly atmospher, very pleased, always make time for any questions you have, lovely place to be in for everyone.

My family and myself are very pleased with the care he gets the staff are very friendly he always looks clean and and smart the staff will always let us now how he is getting on the staff will always ask the visitors if they would like a cup of tea or coffee.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care my father is receiving at Oak park care home/bond care. Specifically, there was an incident involving a cut on my father's elbow. Unfortunately, the regional manager did not follow up with me as promised. Despite assurances that I would be contacted by email, I received no communication, nor was an incident report created. This lack of follow-through is deeply concerning, as it directly impacts both my father's safety and my trust in the care provided. I request that this matter be escalated to the Care Commissioning Group so that it can be properly investigated and addressed. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken.
