We're truly delighted to hear how well your mother has settled at Faithfull House and that she feels so at home here.It means a great deal to our team to know that she sees the staff as friends and the other residents as family - that sense of belonging and community is exactly what we aim to create. Celebrating her 96th birthday with a family gathering in the conservatory was a very special occasion, and we're so glad we could help make that possible, It was lovely to see that so many family members were able to join and help a very special lady celebrate.

Thank you for taking the time to submit this review so soon after your father moved in. It is just over a month now and it is great to see how well you father is settling in, making new friends both in the home and in the community at the local church. I am particularly grateful for the day that your father led a prayer and praise morning when our usual minister was not able to make it in, he was so thrilled to be able to help.
