My mum was admitted from hospital as she needed more care than she was getting at home. The staff were extremely tolerant and understanding of her occasional outbursts and the activities varied and appropriate for residents varying conditions. We were well updated about her and looked after very well
as relatives of her. Thinking of reserving a room for when I need it !!

Exceptional Care at Fountain's Care Home, Raynham
Fountain's Care Home in Raynham has been a wonderful place for my father. He is on Victoria falls Ward, where the nursing staff have been absolutely outstanding in managing his medical care. They are attentive, professional, and show real compassion
in everything they do. All the staff are warm, caring, and supportive, and the management team is equally excellent. It's a fantastic care home, and we feel very reassured knowing he's in such good hands.

The home is amazing. All members of staff are wonderful, professional and caring. It feels like going from home to home. Nothing was too much trouble for any team member. There are activities for residents. Food is excellent and the home is spotless. Nothing I can write can do this home justice. The
level of care is exceptional. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

My father-in-law went to The Fountains Care Centre in May 2024 on his request and since he has been there he has gone downhill due to his age but the staff and carers have treated him with love and dignity, listening to his wants and wishes. Nothing is too much trouble even though it might not be done
there and then. Well done staff.

Although my review is for January 2025 I can go back to May 2024, when my father was first admitted to The Fountains Care Centre. I have always observed that the staff at The Fountains are very friendly, always ready to address any concerns I may have. The nurses always find time, no matter how busy
they care to discuss any medical problems my dad might have. As everyone in The Fountains knows I try to take my dad out as much as possible and it's never too much trouble for the staff to make Dad a cuppa or give him an Afters which I know he appreciates on our return.

My mum has lived in The Fountains Care Centre for 3 years. We are very pleased with the care she has received during this time. All the staff are very caring and treat my mum with dignity and kindness.
They are very friendly and make my mum as happy as possible. There is a homely atmosphere, it is
very clean and well decorated. There are various activities and the staff are all approachable and helpful.

When Dad was initially offered a place at The Fountains Care Centre I was disappointed as it was quite a distance from home. However, he and we couldn't have been luckier. Every member of staff has been amazing. From the manager and deputy manager who have been informative, helpful and supportive and
clearly know what they are doing, to the carers looking after Dad who treated him with so much care and respect.
Sadly Dad's condition deteriorated quickly but as a family, we took so much comfort from the fact that we were able to get him out of hospital and back to The Fountains for end-of-life care. The care that they provided surpassed all of our expectations and we will never forget the kindness and respect they showed towards Dad and the family in his final days.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Fountains to anyone.

We have found the staff to be very helpful and caring. They take really good care of my father and whenever he has been unwell they very quickly take action. They always seem to have his interests at heart and notify me immediately if there is a problem. I would just like to add that the medical team
are excellent.

We would like to thank the manager and admin staff for all their help and support. The care given to my brother while he was staying here was excellent all the care staff and nursing assistants were very kind and caring to him. All the residents are well looked after and entertained. The rooms are clean
and tidy and well maintained.

On the 2nd of September 2024 The Fountains Nursing Home had a staff appreciation for the carers on the patioed gardens. Despite the occasional rain we were entertained by a singer for two hours and a superb buffet with chocolate fountain which was very popular. Carers were encouraged to bring their
children to join in the fun with face painting. When the singer had finished we were entertained by a saxophonist for another hour, he was amazing. My husband was delighted and so was I.

An incredibly well-run care home in my opinion.
The leadership/management is very good indeed and are very professional and approachable at all times.
All staff are very nice, polite and approachable at all times and are excellent when dealing with and supporting residents.
Always very clean in
all areas of the home.
To be honest I can’t fault this care home in the slightest and I am very pleased this is where my father is now residing and receiving the utmost care and attention he needs at all times.

Before mum arrived at Fountains we had a mixed experience of the residential home. The last one was particularly bad. Fountains was a great choice we have not once regretted! All the staff are caring and professional. They engage with mum one to one and she has a happy relationship with them. We trust
them to take the best care of our mum to communicate effectively when needed and are always looking to improve things whenever possible which includes engaging monthly with families.

I am very happy with the care Mum is receiving. The managers and staff are always kind, caring and supportive and often go that extra mile for the residents and their relatives. The introduction of the activity table and redecoration of the Garden Room, corridors and other parts of the building have

The Fountains Care Centre is a comfortable and friendly care home in Havering, Essex. It has a welcoming environment and welcomes everyone regardless of ethnicity or race or gender or religion.
The buildings, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Residents have access to a range of activities, good food
choices and options where to eat meals. Residents have fast and easy access to health professionals, such as GPs and dentists.
On the whole, residents are seen as individuals, not as statistics. This in turn promotes dignity and positive self-esteem.

The Fountains Care Centre is very well-run and has a homely feel. All the staff, from cleaners, office staff, carers and management, are friendly and approachable. My mother-in-law is treated with dignity and excellent care at all times. Lots of improvements have been made to the decor to give it a
"home-from-home" feel. There are always lots of activities/events going on to keep the residents entertained and happy.
