I highly recommend this care home for your loved ones. The beautiful garden creates a serene atmosphere and the staff's friendliness ensures a warm and welcoming environment for residents like my nan. It's a place where compassion and a pleasant atmosphere come together to provide excellent care.

My mum has been in the home for about eighteen months and the care and support she receives is amazing. Her quality of life has dramatically improved due to the care and intervention she receives daily. And as a family, we have peace of mind that she is getting the care she needs. Every member of staff,

I believe our experience, as a family, at The Fountains Care Centre has been brilliant. The home and staff have always been very supportive and caring which has, no doubt, had a positive effect on my nan. Whenever we have any questions or concerns regarding my nan, they are always willing to stop what

Since my wife first came here from hospital, all members have been very helpful.
From management and office staff, nurses, carers, cleaners and laundry, kitchen and maintenance have all been polite.
If I have had a query they have put me in the right direction.

My dad was given a bed at The Fountains, he was very poorly but unfortunately passed away on 05/03/23. He was on Nigeria ward, the care and empathy given to him in his last few days went beyond the call of duty of the carers and management who looked after him. We, as a family, are so grateful and he
was able to pass away with dignity even to the extent two members of the care team escorted him to the hearse so he wasn't on his own, which was exceptional!

As far as I'm concerned, my aunt spent the last three years of her life in the best possible place, she had the best care and support from all nursing, carers, cleaners, activities and office staff which I believe is all due to good management. I have ticked all boxes excellent with good reason. When
I first left my aunt there I felt like I was leaving a child in nursery for the first time but as time went on, she needed me less and less and to me that's the loudest unspoken words to say, I'm happy here.

Dad was a resident at the Fountains. From the moment that we viewed the home as a potential place for Dad to be transferred to from hospital/rehab we knew this was the one. The care and compassion that were shown to Dad during his time there were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff
were incredible, kind, caring but also efficient and knowledgeable. Sadly Dad has passed away but collectively as a family we are so grateful for everything that the staff did for Dad and for us all.

My great aunt was always very independent and I thought she might struggle to adapt to the home after a fall and brief hospital stay. I was so pleased to hear how happy she is now and that she has told my mother that she wants to stay. She seems very content and settled and has a good rapport with the

My dear Dad has been a resident in the Fountains Care Centre for nearly 3 years, up until his recent passing. During this time, we as a family, saw many changes and challenges that the lockdown brought to the home. We have been thoroughly supported and considered during these times by the wonderful
new management team and all the amazing staff in all areas of the home. Dad was so happy in his lovely little room by the garden, he always seemed content and comfortable, whenever we visited. Although Dad was initially admitted for straightforward adult care, his medical needs became specialist through the years and the medical staff were professional and attentive in response. The care staff are genuinely interested in looking after the residents to the very best of their abilities and show actual love and sincere affection to all the residents. The management and all their devoted teams work so hard together to provide a happy, secure and welcoming experience for residents and their families. Thank you to you all.

My elderly neighbour has been a resident in the Fountains Care Centre since February 2021. It took quite a few months for him to accept that he was in the best place for his health and well-being but thanks to all the staff (including Admin) he is now a much happier and more contented man. His room
overlooks the beautifully improved garden area in which he now takes a huge interest in the planting of flowers, shrubs and vegetables. All the staff have encouraged and helped with his much-improved state of mind and it's thanks to them that he has a smile on his face when we visit him every week. The Fountains is always spotlessly clean and there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere every time we visit. Thank you everyone at the Fountains for the kindness and patience you show not only to the residents but also to the visitors.

My mother has been cared for here for over three years and for her, it is her home. She feels comfortable and cared for by staff who are attentive to her care needs. There are checks on her every hour. The building has been decorated recently and looks like a modern home with a relaxing feel. The managers
are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will always get back to you with any queries. Every effort is made to follow COVID guidelines, whilst trying to make life normal for residents. What I would say is that Fountains have come a long way since their inspection earlier in the year. Many improvements have been made and they have listened to residents and their families also about what they wanted.

I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving at the Fountains Care Home. My mum has severe dementia and the team are kind and sympathetic to a very complicated condition. They remember she was not always like this. The manager is dedicated to making the home of the highest standard. Looking
after a person with severe dementia requires specialist care and everyone pulling together, home, family and the NHS. Only then can proper care be given. It’s not easy but knowing a loved one is safe is reassuring.

My uncle was very well cared for during his 12-month stay in The Fountains Care Centre, and I would want to thank all the staff for what they did for him. Our family did not know what to expect from a care home but we can safely say that our expectations were surpassed. We felt reassured to know that
he was in good hands and any issues would be dealt with immediately and that we would be kept fully up to date with these, as well as his general state of health. Covid restrictions, combined with living far away, limited our ability to visit him, but whenever it was possible we were well accommodated by the home and they did all they were able to let us see him. Thank you to all at The Fountains, your efforts and kindness in looking after my uncle are truly appreciated.

Our mum went into The Fountains during the first lockdown last June, so we had to do our research entirely online. I have always found the staff approachable and very caring. I had our first face to face visit last Thursday after my negative Covid test and found the home to be as good as it looked online,
very clean, bright and airy. I would certainly recommend The Fountains to anyone.

I can't fault this care home. The staff are fantastic and have done all they can to meet my husband's varied needs. My husband is well looked after, the food is very good, and he has put on some much-needed weight, but most of all, my husband is happy.

Making the decision to move my Nan into a home to provide her with the support for her Dementia was one of the hardest things we have ever done. Upon arriving at the home to view it we were unsure as what to expect but the staff were so welcoming and kind, they reassured myself and my grandad and we
decided this was the place for my nan. She has been there for just under 4 weeks now and she is getting the care, kindness and love she needs especially at this time as we are unable to give her a cuddle and only do window visits due to Covid. The staff are patient and supportive to her needs and support us also as they know that this is an awful decision; we call twice a day to check on her and the staff are always happy to give us an update. Being hesitant to place her in a home I really do believe this is the best place for her to receive the 24 hours care we were unable to give her. We are all extremely grateful.

I love this care home...my mum moved here just last month and she has settled in very well.
The carers are good and pro-active, helpful and treat the residents with respect.
The manager of the home is very lovely, she's knowledgable, very competent and very helpful, show's empathy and has a can-do
attitude. She even finds time in her busy schedule to visit my mum in her room to check on her welfare and have a good conversation with her
The home is in a lovely residential area, it comes with all the usual facilities, is in a modern building and has a lovely garden and car parking facilities.

My brother was happy with the staff and carers and thoroughly enjoyed his time there, however, there was some things I wasn't happy with. My brother needed help with personal care and reminding doing all these things, including changing clothes every day.
He also needed someone to shave for him, but
these things were not done.
When he returned home he was smelling badly and unshaved. Please can you improve in these areas.
