Carmella who does activities is also amazing especially working alone.

We're brought up to date on her medical progress every now and again. Perhaps could have been regular. Someone was always available if I needed to speak to management or head of unit.

Fern Gardens has become a new home for Mum. The management and all staff are so attentive and treat Mum with dignity and care. I can't thank the staff enough for helping Mum from the moment she arrived.

They know how to get the best out of my Dad having known him a long time - they know he loves his tea & biscuits and he seems happy here for the whole time. He is always clean and shaved, and any minor cuts or bruises are always brought to our attention which we appreciate. Thank you Team Fern!
