The Grange Care Centre

I was delighted to find my mother-in-laws room was large and had a large window plus a tv. I was happy that my mother-in-law's bed was positioned so that she could see who was entering the room, who was walking in the corridor and she could take in the view from the window. My mother-in-law is much happier here than in her last care home. She told me the staff treat her well and the food is good. She was in a good mood and it would seem she has been taking her medication. This was not always successful in her previous care home

My husband received Excellent care in his room while living there. He passed away on the night of 26.8.26. He was taken care of and I was informed about it straight away and kept in touch till myself along with my family arrived in the morning of 27.8.26. The doctor certified his death 3am. Most professional care was given by the administration staff. Very thankful

My mother Josephine has lived in the home for over 10 years. In all that time my mother has received excellent care. The staff are fantastic. Very kind and very patient. My mother often displays very challenging behaviour due to her Alzheimer's condition and despite this the staff treat her very professionally. I would recommend this care home to everyone. I will always be grateful my mum has been able to live in such an excellent home. I am especially grateful to Preicous who is a nurse at the home and is brilliant.

My experience so far after 3 months is excellent. The staff are very friendly. Food is very good. My only concern is my physio, that's it.

Each time we visit Dad, we always receive a warm welcome at Reception and often have a chat with the lady in the office. We always find the care team and managers very helpful during our visits - they all do an amazing job and always have time for a little chat if we have any questions. They are usually answered at the time or they will call us when they have the information. We couldn't be happier for Dad's care at the Grange Care Centre. It definitely puts our minds at rest, especially our mum. Thank You.

I have grown up over the last 10 years knowing the staff on Primrose. They are always happy and attentive to my Grandma. She has music playing in the room which she enjoys. We are very happy here.

My mum has been at The Grange Buttercup over 4 years now. Mum always looks clean and tidy. Staff know her well and needs. To me they are supportive caring and friendly. As a family we are happy mum is so cared for. If I feel I do need to speak to nurses if any concerns they are so helpful, and there for me. Thank you all keep up the good work it is so much appreciated.

My mum is on a one to one care, due her severe dementia. The care here is excellent. All issues have been dealt by management. I have full confidence in The Grange to look after my mum. I feel very safe with my mum being here.

So happy with the experience here. The staff elevate it, they are so friendly and helpful, so kind and really take the time to get to know my nan. That is the most important thing to me.

Very happy overall with staff care. My mum is in the care which I could not ask for more. Staff welcoming environment. A clean, well maintained space contributes to a positive atmosphere. Well done to the hard working manager and staff!

My husband was transferred from the hospital after 55 days in their care. Eventhough I/we didn't know where we are going as we were given only a few hours notice. But I find The Grange adequate + satisfactory especially the carers and health care people.

Staffs are really nice and polite. Amazing home - staffs are very caring and really look after the residents as well as visitors like me. Warm and very attentive staff.

Staff are excellent - incredibly kind and attentive ensuring my wife is comfortable and well cared for. We are always impressed with how clean everything is kept. My wife's hygiene is always excellent. Staff are always on hand to answer your questions or find out answers on your behalf and are always responsive to the families wishes. The staff more serve to spend time with each resident to ensure all their needs are met. We are very happy with the quality of care.

Great staff who are kind and attentive, always answering my father whether is comfortable and care for. We are always impressed with how clean the facilities and one high level of efforts, put in so make sure my fathers hygene is excellents. Staff are always available to answer your questions, taking to accounts family's wive's and ensure that all relevant information is served.
