I have found the service and care that my brother receives at the Grange Care Centre from the nursing staff is of a high standard. There is a calm and friendly atmosphere on the Rose Unit that he is on, and the nursing staff are kind and very helpful. His personal care is very good, and I can recommend
this care home to any prospective residents.

The Grange Care Centre is a really good care home, there is plenty of space inside and outside. I feel very secure here at The Grange, good shops near by, good bus service really close, the rooms are very spacious and airy, easy to live with strangers, bathrooms everywhere and always someone around.
Plenty to drink all cold and refreshing, easy to get out of any transport as their is plenty of room in the car park.

My relative expressed he felt welcome and comfortable at The Grange. Staff were pleasant and approachable. Any concerns we expressed to them were addressed quickly. However, on reflection we feel as a family that our relative required a high level of medical care that was beyond the capability of The

My mom has been at The Grange for palliative care for the last six weeks. The nurses and carers have genuinely shown Mom so much care that she smiles more for them. I would absolutely recommend this care home, every staff member is professional and kind.

My husband had been looked after by Primrose Unit by the staff that was totally exemplary caring for him for 2 and a half years. Giving him care, respect, and love as though they were his family. There is no praise too high for the staff and main nurse.

My Father has dementia and was placed in the home in Feb 2024. The staff are always happy and polite. My Dad is treated very well by the staff who look after him and care for him. It's sometimes a difficult situation. We feel safe in the knowledge he is clean, fed, and comfortable. He is very happy

My father had been cared for by the wonderful staff on Primrose Unit at The Grange until he peacefully passed away last week. My family is so deeply thankful for the compassionate, professional and sensitive care he received there by these wonderful human beings. The care coordinator, and all the fantastic

Following a nervous and unforeseen move from another care home, we have been made to feel so warmly welcome. The manager and all support staff have gone to extraordinary lengths to help my sister, with learning disabilities, to settle in, be it food, activities and introductions of new staff. Family
and visitors are welcome and always leave happy that all needs are being met. Our minds have been very quickly put at ease.

My friend is living in The Tulip Unit and whenever I see him he is always smiling and happy. Since he became a resident of the care home, he has always felt supported and listened always by the care staff. My friend has no nearby family and he always feels that The Grange is his family. Unfortunately,
he is deteriorating but the staff are going the extra mile in meeting his needs. I couldn’t thank enough the management and care team for making my friend feel safe always.
