I've been a Resident at Rosewood House Care home in the neurology unit, for almost 2 years now. I honestly, don't know where would I be if it wasn't for this outstandingly caring home. Living in such a facility can be quite challenging for most of us . But, the truth is, from the manager and the wellbeing
team and with the caregivers, nurses and everyone caring for us. The home goes beyond expectations to offer the best care with attentiveness and ease. I came a long way and, I really appreciate everything the home did to help me through out my journey of healing! Thank you all, from all my heart

My father and I are very happy with the care my mother receives at Rosewood. The staff are brilliant with the residents and family too. I have no concerns for my mum at Rosewood and feel happy that they do everything that they can for the residents.

As soon as I saw this place I knew it was the home for my mum. Not only did it look stunning, my initial interactions with the staff were extremely positive and warm and they also went above and beyond to accommodate my mum. Since being here we have shared many happy memories and genuinely feel at home.

My mum is a resident and gets amazing care. My dad came to live at Rosewood in June 2023. He is being looked after so well, they are caring for all his needs. He's happy, clean and enjoys the food. Rosewood is an amazing home.

My mother has lived at Rosewood House for over two years now. The staff on her unit are kind and caring and always treat her with dignity and respect. The unit has a calm and friendly feel. I visit regularly and am always made to feel welcome. The staff keep me informed about any changes to my mother's

I feel as though Da has been a lot more happy and calm recently. The current staff working on Kit-Kat seems to have built a good relationship with Dad and is aware of Dad's interests and needs. The staff are always helpful and happy to assist whenever needed. Dad also enjoys the food served and has
recently enjoyed a day trip to an art gallery with carers and family.

The staff were, without fail, kind and attentive to my friend, especially in the last days of her life.
We wished a minister or priest could have been found to visit her but sadly, this didn't happen.
Management/admin were patchy in their support and passing on of information. We should have been
told that she was entitled to nursing care funding when we admitted her, for example.

I found your care home very clean and neat, your staff are genuinely interested in helping others and providing excellent patient care. I'm currently a resident at Rosewood House Care Home and I couldn't be any happier.
At the time of my admission in the neuro unit, my condition was very poor but thanks to the hard work and effort from the team, I have improved very much. The home, environment and atmosphere are phenomenal. There isn't
any other place that I would rather be. Rosewood House has made a positive impact in my rehabilitation, I can on thank them.

I have found everything at Rosewood House to be excellent and would recommend it to anyone. I can honestly say that my daughter is very happy, and well looked after which alleviates my worry about leaving her here. The house is managed very well with the residents at the heart of it all.

I find the staff within the home excellent. The care they provide to my mother-in-law is faultless. The home is generally in very good condition and I can't complain about the facilities. The food is restaurant level, which is good as my mother-in-law is a very good eater. My mother-in-law is always
well dressed when out of bed. No care home is perfect, but any issues with Rosewood are inconsequential. The staff (admin, carers, nurses and etc.) are so good.

The care home is so welcoming and calm. We felt at ease with Dad here because staff were so caring, the rooms and wards were clean. This place cares about families as well as residents. They are caring and friendly. It is a beautiful place here and so happy with the service compared to other care homes
Dad has been in, by far this is the best. We are really happy.

I was overwhelmed by the care, love, support, friendliness and overall cleanliness by everyone.
Seeing the patients/residents so happy including my husband well cared for gives me peace of mind to know he's well taken care of.

Have nothing but positive great things to say. As soon as my father arrived, we felt so welcomed. The home is lovely, clean and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and treat my father and us with so much love and respect.

My mum moved in around ago it was the first time I had seen the home as I live some distance away. My sister deals with day-to-day things. I was taken aback with the welcome she received - it was amazing, I visit every 6-8 weeks and I have never found anything negative about staff or home. The staff
are wonderful, they always make me feel welcome and at home. My mum is very happy and loves all the staff.
The food is fantastic, she's never left in bed all day. Wonderful place and staff. Thank you.

Each time that I visit Rosewood House Care Home, I feel so welcomed by the team, my uncle seems to receive very good care, his room is always very clean, the lounge area is very cosy and all residents look happy.
As I came to visit, lunch arrived, so I got to see the food provided that come plated
from the kitchen, and looked appealing.
We are very happy to choose rosewood as my uncle's new home.
