I realise how difficult this job is, but you have a very good team, that make it comfortable for the clients. This is really a great team. The way they look after the clients, no matter how difficult the job is looking after clients has never been compromised. I am glad that I came here. I wanted to stay. I did not like to come here initially. Now I have changed my mind. I am happy with the staff looking after me.

I moved my god-mother to Clarendon Nursing Home because her mental health had seriously deteriorated. She has been a resident for many years and has been well cared for. I have no complaints on her care and would recommend Clarendon as a place of excellent care.

Dad has been at Clarendon Nursing Home for 4 months for long term care. The nursing team work extremely hard to manage his complex needs with skill and patience - nothing is too much trouble!
What stands out the most is the level of kindness. Dad is treated with respect and dignity - so much so that he is referred to by the nursing team as "Papa" (treated like family). They genuinely care!
The manager is exceptional! Always responsive , compassionate leading her team by example.
To know that Dad is safe brings reassurance, and comfort during this difficult time.

We couldn't be more grateful.

It has been over one month since my husband moved into this facility and so far he seems to have settled in well. He appears more relaxed and more alert. he is enjoying his meal and has put on some weight. On the first day here when Prescott moved in, he was well received by his key worker Syed and being well cared for by him and the rest of the team. Please keep this up. Thanks.

The care has been exceptional, kind, caring, supportive, attentive, from all the staff led by Geraldine at Clarendon House. All the staff have been friendly, assertive and I find it very endearing how they call him "Papa".
The home is clean, and welcoming, the food is prepared in the kitchen and always smells delicious. I am often asked if I would like a cup of tea or coffee. Most importantly he is happy and that means more to me than anything. If he wasn't I would know, as he would tell me.
I am contacted when needed for updates and always greeted with a smile from staff members.

This has been the best experience and care for my Dad since he moved into Clarendon House for care. The activities and his room comforts make it so homely, and it is always warm and smells fresh and clean.

I am writing on behalf of my husband. He doesn't speak or write English. He is French. He is very satisfy about the nursing home. He told me all the staff and everything from management to least post. He was on second floor. All the staff (nurses, carers and the rest) were very kind and hepful. That is what elderly people expect from staff. My husband (Roger) asked me to say big thanks for everything.

Excellent staff, truley care for the patients. The staff are very accomadating and flexible for visitors as we have our committments. They are polite and thankful for the visits making it a warm experience. They are attentive and really have a hospitality mindset. They work as a team and solve problems really well..without a fuss.

Almost all staff are young and work with a mission in their hearts.

Nothing but impressed with Clarendon Nursing Home and the way they have looked after my partner. When he first arrived he was scared, angry and confused, with patience, kindness and compassion he has settled in very well. I have always found the staff and the manager welcoming and always have time to listen if there are any concerns. I feel blessed that my partner is a resident here as I can visit easily and always made to feel welcome.
