Meadowbrook care home is a great care home. My mum was cared for with exceptional people who couldn't do enough and went above and beyond to keep mum comfortable and happy while here. She loved all the nurses and carers and loved them dearly. As they always made sure she was in good hands. When mum
first came to Meadowbrook I was intending to move her closer to Wrexham but she was so happy here that I didn't want to upset her by moving her any more. All the carers and nurses are brilliant with the residents and can't do enough to care for them. I always recommend Meadowbrook to people if they are wondering about somewhere for their family to stay for rest of their life.

care staff are always helpful, nothing is too much to ask. I feel safe + looked after. The manager is really supportive with anything we need. All staff go above + beyond to help with anything. The support from physio is also outstanding + help my recovery to help me get back home.

A very friendly, warm atmosphere continues to be retained giving the home a good feel. The staff are dedicated, professional and approachable and retain high standards of care. This is led by a very conscientious and dedicated management team.

Meadowbrook Care Home have been fantastic in their care for both of my grandparents. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and approachable. My grandfather passed a few months ago but he was always so incredibly cared for, always clean and well-fed. My grandmother remains in the home and is so

In my opinion, Meadowbrook is not just a care home, it is a caring nursing home for both residents and their relatives. This caring ethos is evident from the moment you visit the home by the genuine friendliness of all members of staff, whatever their positional status. It's now 5 years since my husband
was admitted and though his health and behaviour remain challenging, he continues to receive the highest standard of quality of care and interaction from the competent and committed staff who attend him. I am well informed of any concerns and likewise, staff are always available to listen to any issues I may have.

We are very impressed with the positive impact of the new manager and her predecessor in the daily running and maintenance of the care home. Love how the staff care for the residents, spend time interacting with each individual resident, great bedrooms, and now having wet rooms fitted instead of a bath great idea, my wife goes most days and the staff are always polite and professional, would highly recommend Meadowbrook. Thanks.

This is the fourth care home I have visited someone at in the last year. Definitely the best one in terms of quality and first equal to another care home with respect to the friendliness of staff. They have several carers in the lounge area keeping an eye on residents, from what I could see whilst I
was visiting, comes across as a very professionally run organisation.

Dad is a long-term resident of the care home. He depends on the staff for virtually all of his needs. Dad is always well-presented when I visit, he is dressed, clean and well-shaven! I feel the staff do a good job of looking after him. On my latest visit, they helped me to give Dad a nice haircut!

Christmas Dat at Meadowbrook was a very special day. Staff had made a huge effort to make the dayroom and dining room look very festive. They are very welcoming to residents and their families. I thoroughly enjoyed sharing a magnificent Christmas lunch with my mum. Staff are always highly professional,
friendly, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Management are always on hand to answer any queries thoroughly and professionally. I am confident that the care Mum receives is the best.

Meadowbrook provided amazing support, love and attention to my late father. I have a newfound respect for the amount of work the carers do at the nursing home. From the senior management through to the unit leader, I cannot applaud more the care given to not only my father but myself. Further to this,
my mother is also now in respite and again the focus is incredible. Thank you for every little and big thing you do.

My mum has been in residency at Meadowbrook Care Home since November 2023. She has always been independent, however, due to old age and frailty it was decided that she needed nursing care. The staff are all very compassionate, polite and competent. They are also extremely accommodating. Mum has settled
in well and it is a huge relief that she is in safe hands.

My dad was accepted for respite. From my first contact with staff and consequently with other staff, nothing was too much trouble. Polite, efficient, caring, professional and very friendly. They all put Dad and me at ease from the outset. Personal questions were asked to aid Dad, like, what does he
drink and when does he like them. Does he have sugar/milk, so they could provide a home-from-home atmosphere. One word - excellent. I will recommend Meadowbrook Care Home.

My mother-in-law can be quite difficult to deal with at times and the staff at Meadowbrook are experts in knowing how to handle her. They are inventive in their methods and it's obvious they really care about all of the residents here. Excellent facility and we feel we have chosen well.

When my Mum entered Meadowbrook they said Mum is their responsibility and that is exactly what happened. I became her daughter again and not her carer. I am very happy with Mum's care, she is always happy, well fed and clean. Everyone cares about her. She is unable to communicate but feel she is happy
and content.
