Eight years is a long time, and the fact that Joan has been so happy and well cared for during that time speaks

Our family would like to express our deepest gratitude to Springfield Nursing Home, especially the team on Nightingale Ward, for the exceptional care, compassion and support they gave my Dad, Ron over the past six months.

As Dad's vascular dementia deteriorated, the team showed remarkable patience, kindness and dedication. They worked tirelessly to preserve his dignity, comfort and wellbeing, always treating him with genuine respect and humanity. Their support meant more to Dad and our family than we can express.

Despite the challenges of caring for someone with deteriorating dementia, the team consistently showed empathy and went above and beyond. We will be forever grateful for the care they provided and the support they gave us during such a difficult time.

Had Springfield been closer to Dad's family, we would have been more than happy for him to remain in their care. That speaks volumes about the care Dad received during his stay.

The Carehome (Ashwood Care Centre), has lovely staff, in all departments. The ward staff are very caring + kind, + nothing is too much trouble. Mum is always comfortable + clean, + the food looks lovely + fresh + tasty. Her room is kept clean, + the air is fresh + smells nice. We are very impressed with the Ashwood Care Centre, + happy that Mum is living there.

There is a genuine feeling of care at Bromford Care Home. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff with regards to the wellbeing of the residents, who are treated with respect, professionalism and dignity at all times, I would highly recommend this care home

my mam requested to move in to care home when she had capacity. She loves it, this is her home. The care my mam receives is outstanding. Staff engage and are so caring. They respect her dignity at all times. I cannot thank the staff enough, from the laundry staff, support workers, cleaners to the seniors and management in Lumley Court. You are all amazing x

My husband has been a resident at Birch Tree Manor for over a year now although I mis him very much I can't think of a nicer place he could be he is well looked after by all staff .Jenny Linsy Marlon all staff are very kind and look after all his needs The mangeress Jenny is very approachable and helps in any way she can. It will never be home but my husband is happy and that makes me happy to

The level of care Mum received was exemplary. Her needs were complex and not always easy to navigate, but the team was dedicated to finding medical, practical and emotional strategies to help mum.

When walking into building absolutely beautiful. Very friendly management and staff who go above and beyond to help. the room has shower in and is very spacious and bright with a lovely view. food very nice.

Carers promtly allowed access into care home and asked if needed any help finding the resident's room. My Nana's room is very clean and well kept. She enjoys living here but feels food could be improved. Carers very friendly to myself and my Nana and it is clear they have a good relationship with her.

Joan is not in a position to take advantage of all the activities offered at Fern Gardens, but they look splendid.

We do not visit at mealtimes, so cannot rate food and drink. Everything else seems fine at the care home. The staff are very friendly & caring.

I have been treated with great friendliness and respect, especially when my husband died and the staff spent a lot of time sitting with me, even after their work time was finished. The new manager Mary Ann she is much friendlier and more professional than the previous manager could ever pretend to be.

So far good experience I visit daily they respect us whenever we need help and the carers are very helpful . Whenever we have any problems the management care and listens to our problems . The care home is very clean and tidy my daughter rooms rooms a little bit change in decorations

My dad moved into Lumley Court in August 2026 and I honestly can't rate this care home more highly. The manager Kelly has been incredible from the very start, her care, kindness and compassion really shines through. She has a real love for Lumley Court, all her staff and all her residents. All of the staff have been wonderful, they really went above and beyond to help settle my dad in. Each staff member I've interacted with have been so friendly and shown so much love, care, kindness and compassion to both my dad and myself. I can't thank everyone at Lumley Court enough, you've given my dad a wonderful place to live and thrive.

Would highly recommend Elm Park, a fantastic team. They looked after my mother in law + aunt in short time of one another any time day or night they was there for us all. Explained what was happening with care, activities, meals etc. It was like staff became family to everyone. We can't thank everyone enough.

Suggestion-when a resident is having their morning Tea/coffee, it would be a nice gesture if the visitor could be offered a drink with them, either for a nominal charge or free as some visitor's travel a considerable distance to the home.

There is always a very good atmosphere all staff including cleaners always speak to residents by name right from day one the staff are always very calm & caring. The home is always kept very clean and tidy

My mam came here for care after an operation, everytime I have visited staff have been friendly and helpful. Mam's care needs have been great and her room is nice and clean
