Step In. Lead Well. Leave a Legacy!
At Care Concern Group, our homes are more than just buildings
they’re communities filled with heart, resilience, and stories that
deserve to be honoured. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a
Peripatetic Home Manager to join our expanding regional support team
and play a key role in shaping the future of our care homes across the
South West.
What we offer:
This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to shape the future of
care across a region and to build meaningful relationships with people
who share your values.
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Car allowance and mileage support.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Generous holiday entitlement.
- Pension scheme.
This is a role for someone who leads with both head and heart.
Someone who can arrive at a home and instantly steady the course
whether it’s through mentoring a newly appointed manager, guiding a
team through regulatory improvement, or stepping in during a time of
transition. You’ll bring calm, clarity, and a sense of purpose
wherever you go. This is your chance to work with a supportive,
well-established senior team that understands the demands of the
sector and backs you to succeed
About you:
You’re a proven leader in elderly or specialist care, with
experience of managing complex services and supporting teams through
change. You understand what excellent care looks like and just as
importantly, you know how to make it happen in a busy, real-world
setting.
You might not be nurse-qualified, but you’re confident
managing clinical risk and supporting nursing teams to deliver safe,
person-led care. You understand the importance of regulatory
compliance, particularly with the CQC, and you’re someone who doesn’t
just meet standards you raise them.
You’re commercially aware
too. You understand how to manage occupancy, improve fee structures,
and balance quality with sustainability. You’re proactive,
people-focused, and not afraid to ask difficult questions if it means
doing the right thing.
Most of all, you’re adaptable. You bring
energy and consistency, even in challenging moments and you see each
new home as an opportunity to make a difference.
About us:
Care Concern Group is a market-leading care provider with over
100 homes across the UK. While our portfolio is growing, our purpose
remains the same to provide the highest quality care in homes where
people feel valued, supported, and safe.
We believe in
delivering care to the highest standard, and our five core values
guide everything we do:
Trust | Respect | Passion | Kindness | Inclusivity
These values define who we are, how we lead, and how we care.
If you share our commitment to excellence, Rubislaw Park is where you
can truly belong and make a real impact.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and want to be part of a home that values kindness, professionalism, and potential we’d love to hear from you.
