Located in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, Floryn House is a brand new, purpose-built care home providing Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 73 residents.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Bank Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to join our exceptional team. If you are passionate about making a difference and enjoy working in a supportive environment, this is a great opportunity.

Your role:
As a Bank Registered Nurse at Floryn House, you will lead the delivery of personalised, high-quality care for residents. You will manage clinical care, administer medications, oversee shift handovers, and support your team. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, you will ensure dignity, respect, and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

What we are looking for:

  • Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and improving residents’ lives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous care home experience is an advantage but not essential
