Templeton House Care Home in Ayr offers exceptional care for up to 69 residents in a picturesque and peaceful setting. With a superb we are proud to provide compassionate, high-quality care that supports dignity and wellbeing.

What We Offer:

• £12.70 per hour
• Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)
• Full training provided – no prior experience needed
• Four-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy
• Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff

Your Role:

You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance. It’s not just about tasks – it’s about building relationships, bringing comfort, and being there for someone when it matters most.
