Cherrybrook is a beautifully designed, 120-bedded home in Bradford,
split across two specialist units. We support individuals with complex
mental health needs, dementia, and behaviours that challenge and we do
so with compassion, structure and warmth.
We’re looking for a
Night Care Assistant to join our close-knit night team. This is a role
where attentiveness and gentleness go hand in hand, and where a quiet
word or reassuring presence can mean everything to someone.
What your night will look like:
You’ll support residents with personal care and bedtime
routines, respond swiftly to any call bells or concerns, and help
monitor health and well-being throughout the night. You’ll also play a
key part in keeping the home clean, calm and ready for the morning
working hand in hand with your team to make the night as peaceful and
safe as possible.
About you:
You’ll have either your NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
or a Care Certificate. If not, we ask that you bring 6–12 months’
experience working in a care home, ideally supporting older people or
those with dementia. But most importantly, you’ll bring a calm,
reassuring nature and a real passion for people.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A kind and observant approach to care
- Confidence in supporting elderly people at night
- A commitment to teamwork and consistent care
- A warm smile, even at 3am
Why join Cherrybrook:
Cherrybrook is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned
provider with over 100 care homes across the UK. We believe in
delivering care to the highest standard, and our five core values
guide everything we do:
Trust | Respect | Passion | Kindness | Inclusivity
These values define who we are and underpin everything we do,
from the smallest interaction to the most complex care. If you live by
these principles, this is a place where you can belong and truly make
a difference.
If you're ready to bring peace of mind and gentle care to our
residents during the night, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and let’s make every night feel like home.
