Struan Lodge is a purpose-built care home providing exceptional Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care for up to 30 residents. Located in a peaceful residential area, the home offers a warm, person-centred environment where every resident is supported to live well, with dignity and purpose.
We are looking for a kind, dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a meaningful new career, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be a key part of our care team,
providing essential support to residents with compassion and
professionalism. You will assist with daily routines such as washing,
dressing, eating, and mobility, while promoting each resident’s
independence, dignity, and well-being. From helping someone start
their day with a smile, to ensuring they feel safe, valued, and
listened to, every action you take will make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, friendly personality and a genuine desire to care for others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a respectful, person-centred approach
- Willingness to learn and complete training
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential – we welcome applications from those new to care
