Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time

Located in the beautiful High Peak, Watford House is a warm and welcoming 36-bed residential care home providing high quality Residential, Respite and Dementia care. Nestled in a peaceful location, our home offers a calm, supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with residents to support their day-to-day needs and routines. You will encourage independence while providing kind, attentive assistance with tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, meals, and activities. You will build trusting relationships, help monitor health and wellbeing, and always act with compassion and integrity. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will contribute to a warm, friendly environment where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.

You do not need previous care experience — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What matters most is your natural compassion, reliability, and desire to help others. If you are an experienced carer, we would love you to bring your knowledge and empathy to the team. If you are just starting out, we will support you every step of the way.
