Located in Lanark, South Lanarkshire, Crosslaw House is a beautiful care home providing Nursing and Dementia care for up to 45 residents. Whether you are new to care or have experience, we welcome you to join our warm, close-knit team where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support. You will assist residents with their daily routines, promote independence, and ensure their health and happiness are prioritised each day. Supporting the values and ethos of our home, you will make a real difference in residents’ lives every day.
What We Offer

What You’ll Do
You will support residents with daily activities such as
dressing, mobility, and personal care, encouraging independence and
positive choices. Following individualised care plans, you will pay
close attention to each resident’s unique needs. Monitoring residents’
health and communicating any concerns to nursing staff or managers
will be an important part of your role, alongside assisting with
contact to families or healthcare professionals. You will champion
dignity and respect in all interactions, foster social engagement, and
contribute to a safe, comfortable environment by working closely with
the team. Supporting residents with eating and drinking when needed
and responding quickly to emergencies or call bells are also key
responsibilities. Above all, your kindness and joy will brighten the
residents’ everyday lives.
