Greenbanks House is located in Barham Kent, in an area of outstanding countryside. We have a private car park for use by our employees. We are an Independent Care Home for people with Learning Disabilities. Well establiished and respected within our community since our opening in 1989. About the role:

The team are actively involved in encouraging and enabling people to enjoy their lives through work, education and leisure opportunities within the wider community.  We give personal care and support with kindness and discretion to ensure self-esteem and dignity is maintained. We encourage people to maintain contact with family and old friends and support them in making new friends. We support people to learn to cook and we cater for them. Reporting to the Deputy Home Manager, success in this role will be achieved through your kindness, positivity, initiative, reliability, adaptability and strong team ethic.
