Erskine Veterans Activity Centres (EVAC) 

Scotland-wide (based in Bishopton with regular travel to Forres)

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Grade 8 Salary £54,981 - £61,769 per annum

(Placement in grade dependant on skills and experience)

As we continue to evolve and take our services to where Veterans are, we are seeking a visionary and driven Regional Manager to lead the next chapter of our Erskine Veterans Activity Centres (EVAC). 

This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a service that transforms lives offering camaraderie, purpose, and wellbeing to Veterans in their own communities. 

About the Role 

You will lead the strategic and operational development of our EVAC services, currently based in Bishopton (EVAC West) and Forres (EVAC North), with a mission to replicate this successful model across Scotland. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will: 

  • Oversee multi-site operations and performance 
  • Lead and support centre management teams 
  • Develop and implement service expansion plans 
  • Build partnerships and secure funding 
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement 
  • Represent Erskine at senior stakeholder and Board level 

About You 

We’re looking for a dynamic leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. You will bring: 

  • A relevant third-level qualification and significant leadership experience 
  • A track record of managing services for adults with diverse support needs 
  • Strong financial acumen and experience of budget management 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills 
  • Knowledge of the third sector, statutory services, and relevant legislation 
  • A passion for Veteran wellbeing and community-based support 
  • You’ll also be digitally confident, with the ability to use IT systems for planning, reporting, and communication across a dispersed team
