Ashgrove Care Home is a purpose-built service providing exemplary Residential and Nursing care for up to 65 residents. With a warm and welcoming environment, our home is known for its compassionate approach and high standards of care.
We are now looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team – someone who brings clinical expertise, a calm and reassuring presence, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Ashgrove Care Home, you will play a
central role in the clinical care and wellbeing of our residents. You
will lead and guide the care team on shift, create personalised care
plans in collaboration with residents and families, and deliver
hands-on support where needed. Your responsibilities will include
medication administration, health monitoring, responding to changes in
condition, managing clinical documentation, and supporting safe
handovers. Throughout each shift, you will ensure dignity, choice, and
safety are upheld – fostering a nurturing environment where residents
feel respected and truly at home.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- A commitment to delivering person-centred care
- Strong leadership and teamworking skills
- Excellent communication and a warm, empathetic approach
- Previous care home experience is welcomed, but not essential
