Job summary
Rockdale House in Sevenoaks provides excellent care for the residents in our 50 bed care home, set in beautiful surroundings and located in the centre of Sevenoaks it is highly regarded by the community.
We are looking for dedicated BANK Night Care Assistants who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people. Your day to day tasks will include helping residents with social activities, answering call bells, completing care plans and assisting with dressing and personal care.
Hours of work: Shift start time of 7:30pm and finish time of 8:00am.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and be a great team player
- A good understanding of person centred care
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- The ability to make responsible decisions that are always in the resident's best interest
- An NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
- however you should be willing to get further training if needed
