Later this year, Greenways Care Home will open its doors in Anniesland, Glasgow a brand-new, purpose-built, 58-bed luxury care home designed to provide exceptional care for older adults living with frailty, dementia, and end-of-life needs.

As our Founding Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting journey. From day one, you’ll shape the culture, build your own team, and set the standards that will define Greenways for years to come with the full backing of a stable, values-driven care group that shares your vision for excellence.

About the Region You’ll Join

• 9 care homes, 600+ beds
• All graded 4 or above by the Care Inspectorate
• Only 2% of total hours covered by agency staff
• Supported by a commissioning team with a proven track record, including Mearns View Care Home and Boclair Care Home

Your Role

• As Commissioning Home Manager, you will:
• Lead the home from pre-opening through to full occupancy
• Build, inspire, and develop a values-led team
• Deliver a targeted local marketing strategy to attract residents, with a focus on private admissions
• Manage budgets with commercial awareness and efficiency
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and robust governance systems

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience as a successful Home Manager
• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) desirable but not essential
• Strong commercial skills with a track record of growing occupancy
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and inspiring others to do the same
• Excellent compliance knowledge and a collaborative leadership style
