Yarnley House is a brand-new, purpose-built
care home nestled in the peaceful village of Crow, just outside
Ringwood. Designed to deliver outstanding Residential, Dementia,
Nursing and Respite care for up to 72 residents, we’re setting the
standard for what exceptional care looks like in the South.
We’re now looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager who is passionate about high standards, values-led leadership, and delivering truly person-centred care.

Your Role
This is a pivotal leadership role. You’ll work closely with our
Home Manager to build and lead a skilled, caring, and confident
clinical team, embedding quality and safety from the outset.
You will:
- Oversee clinical governance across the home, maintaining safe, compliant, and dignified care for every resident.
- Lead and develop your team, nurturing a learning culture with regular supervisions, clinical training, and mentoring.
- Act as the clinical expert within the home supporting assessments, reviewing care plans, and ensuring best practice is followed every day.
- Build relationships with residents, families, GPs and professionals, ensuring transparent communication and outstanding care delivery.
- Step into leadership confidently when the Home Manager is away, keeping the home running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Need
- NMC Registered Nurse RGN with active PIN.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elderly nursing care, including dementia and palliative support.
- Experience leading or supervising care teams in a care home or similar setting.
- A calm, confident presence and the ability to support staff through challenges.
- A values-led approach kind, inclusive, respectful and always professional.
