About Rubislaw Park:

we’re proud of our culture of stability, quality, and trust. You’ll be
joining a supportive, progressive team where excellent care and

You’ll lead your team with confidence,
compassion, and clarity ensuring each team member understands their
role, feels valued, and is empowered to deliver exceptional care.
Whether it’s supporting a resident to maintain their independence,

through a tricky shift, you’ll be the calm, capable presence that
holds it all together.
What you’ll bring:
Experience working in a residential or care home environment,
with a strong understanding of high-quality elderly care
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, coach, and develop a team
- A commitment to dignity, independence, and person-centred care
- Confidence with care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and day-to-day compliance
- Warm, respectful communication skills that put residents and families at ease
- The ability to juggle priorities, think on your feet, and inspire others to do their best
How we’ll support your journey:
Rubislaw Park is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned
care provider with over 100 homes across the UK. We believe in
nurturing potential and promoting from within. In our region alone,
four Deputies have progressed to Home Manager, and two Managers have
stepped into Commissioning roles in the last four years.
You’ll
receive full training and development support, have your voice heard
in decision-making, and enjoy working in a home that values both
professionalism and kindness.
