clinical oversight to sustain and improve this grading. This is where

proven track record of turning around underperforming care homes.
You’ll bring the insight, energy, and people skills needed to drive
continuous improvement, elevate care standards, and embed a culture of
safety, compassion, and high performance.

- Strong operational acumen with experience managing large private care homes.
- Expertise in compliance, governance, and clinical oversight.
- Confidence in multi-agency collaboration and liaising with commissioners.
- Proven ability to drive occupancy, manage fee performance, and deliver excellent resident outcomes.
- A values-led leadership style, with emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and motivate teams.
Current Performance Snapshot
- Occupancy: 88%
- Agency Usage: Low reliance
- CQC Rating: Good (requiring stronger clinical leadership to maintain and improve)
