hands-on Registered Nurse to join our team and help deliver
exceptional person-centred care, every single day.
Role: Registered Nurse
Location: Tunbridge Wells Care Centre, 142 Upper
Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 3ED
Salary: £24.26 per hour
Hours: 35.25 hours per week, rota-based including
some weekends and public holidays
As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll support our residents to
live well, maintain their dignity, and feel truly cared for
physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Whether administering
medication, providing palliative care or simply offering a reassuring
word, you’ll play a central role in creating a safe, homely and
nurturing environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing high-quality nursing care that promotes independence and wellbeing
- Administering prescribed medication and treatments safely and accurately
- Supporting residents and families through open, compassionate communication
- Contributing to the development and review of personalised care plans
- Encouraging resident and family participation in planning and delivery of care
- Assisting with end-of-life care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and sensitivity
- Maintaining clear documentation and upholding regulatory compliance
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and supporting care colleagues on shift
What you’ll bring:
- A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- A caring, calm and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A flexible, positive attitude with a proactive approach to resident care
- Experience in care home nursing is desirable, but newly qualified nurses are also welcomed
