What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A permanent 40-hour contract with a balanced clinical/admin split

Why Join Sandmere?
This is a home with heart and a Home Manager with vision. With
over 20 years of leadership experience and having successfully
commissioned three care homes, our manager brings a calm, supportive
and empowering leadership style to Sandmere. You'll be part of a team
that feels more like family, where collaboration and clinical
excellence go hand in hand.
Your Role:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll take a dual approach to leadership
balancing clinical hands-on nursing with strategic, administrative
support to ensure the home runs smoothly and safely.
You’ll work two 12-hour shifts on the floor as a Nurse, providing clinical oversight and supporting the team directly, and two 8-hour admin days focusing on governance, compliance, audits, and mentoring.
From developing staff, to supporting families, to ensuring every care plan is as unique as the person it belongs to your role will be pivotal in sustaining our high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role
- Confident in clinical governance, care planning and leading by example
- A strong communicator who can build trust with residents, families, and colleagues
- Organised, proactive and ready to support the Home Manager with both day-to-day operations and long-term goals
