We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Whether you are experienced in care homes or looking to bring your nursing expertise to a supportive care setting, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care to our residents.
What We Offer
- £21.84 per hour (Dayshift)
- £22.88 per hour (Weekends)
- £23.92 per hour (Nightshift)
- Contracted to 36 hours per week
- Paid breaks
- Pension, paid PVG, and uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Valerian Court, you will lead and
support the care team, ensuring residents receive high-quality,
personalised care every day. You will oversee care plans, administer
medications safely, monitor health, and champion dignity and
independence. You will also foster strong relationships with
residents, families, and colleagues, contributing to a welcoming and
vibrant care community.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN
- Passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of residents
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Leadership skills to guide the team, manage handovers, and maintain high standards of care
- Previous care home experience is advantageous but not essential
