Job summary
In conjunction with other staff, help create a supportive and homely atmosphere where our residents can achieve maximum independence. Where the promotion of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, fulfilment and rights being the six broad values are given the highest priority.
We are looking for individuals with an interest in supporting the ageing process & are caring and sensitive to the needs of others.
You will be asked to attend to the physical & social needs of our residents working on a wakeful watch on a rota basis within the guidelines provided by the Home. You will also be responsible for the security & safety of the premises whilst on duty & expected to undertake some domestic tasks.
