Night Team Leader Care and Support - Ashlea Court Care Home Contract:Full Time and Part- TimeSalary:£14.50 Per HourShift Type:NightsContracted hours:Full Time and Part TimeWe are looking for a compassionate and confident Team Leader to join our specialist dementia care team at Oaklea Dementia Care Unit, a purpose-built 26-bed unit within Ashlea Court Care Home. Part of Willinbrook Healthcare, the specialist division of Care Concern Group, Oaklea provides high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive, homely environment.

You will support residents with dignity and respect, lead a team of care assistants, and help foster a nurturing culture where staff and residents alike feel valued. What We Offer
- £14.50 per hour

What You Will Do
You will lead with compassion, ensuring person-centred care is
delivered to every resident, treating each individual with kindness,
empathy, and respect. You will set the standard for safe and effective
dementia care practices while supervising, mentoring, and supporting
your team to foster a positive, inclusive culture. Your role will
include reviewing and supporting personalised care plans, overseeing
medication administration in line with clinical guidance, monitoring
residents’ wellbeing, and maintaining clear communication with
families and the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
You will be warm, caring, and committed to placing residents at
the heart of everything you do. Previous experience supporting older
people, particularly those living with dementia, is essential, along
with strong leadership skills and confidence in managing a care team.
An SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is
required. You should have a positive attitude towards training,
mentoring, and developing your team while striving for excellence in
care delivery.
