We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and make a real difference every day. This is your chance to deliver excellent care, lead with confidence, and help create a supportive, welcoming home where residents can truly thrive.
What We Offer
- £23.00 per hour
- 24 hours per week, Paid breaks

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
What You Will Do
You will create and implement
personalised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and
healthcare professionals. You will monitor health and wellbeing, keep
accurate documentation, and administer medications safely in line with
clinical standards.
You will lead and inspire the care team, supporting colleagues through handovers and day-to-day routines, while ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Building strong, trusting relationships with residents and families will be central to your role, alongside promoting dignity, independence, and respect in every interaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- A passion for elderly care and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Strong communication skills to support residents, families, and colleagues
- A calm, professional, and compassionate approach with a focus on resident wellbeing
