Yarnley House is a brand-new, luxury care home in the village of Crow, near Ringwood. We provide high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 72 residents in a warm, supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
We are now seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our compassionate night team. Whether you are already an experienced Senior Carer or an experienced Care Assistant ready to step up, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead by example and make a genuine difference every night.

Your Role
You will take charge of the night shift, ensuring residents
receive the highest standard of care and that every shift runs
smoothly. You will delegate tasks, provide guidance to your team, and
act as a calm and confident presence throughout the night. Your
responsibilities will include delivering hands-on care, administering
and recording medications safely, maintaining accurate care plans, and
ensuring a safe, dignified environment for every resident.
What We’re Looking For
You must hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
and ideally be working towards or already hold NVQ Level 3. Practical
medication administration competencies are essential, along with
strong leadership and communication skills. You will have a kind and
compassionate approach that inspires your team and reassures residents.
