We are now looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Trainee Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Whether you are completely new to care or looking for a fresh start in a rewarding sector, this is your chance to begin a meaningful career with full training and support provided.
What We Offer
- £12.70 per hour
- Full-time or part-time contracts available
- Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As a Trainee Care Assistant,
you will learn how to provide outstanding, person-centred care to our
residents. You will support them with daily routines, personal care,
mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, always promoting
dignity, independence, and respect. You will work alongside
experienced colleagues who will mentor and guide you as you develop
confidence and skills in your new role.
