Our luxury 73-bed home provides exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care in a welcoming, homely setting where residents’ comfort and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. This is a key role where you will support the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment that contributes to the overall dining experience for our residents.

What You Will Do
As Kitchen Assistant, you will help prepare and serve meals to a
high standard, ensuring food is presented well and meets residents’
dietary needs. You will keep the kitchen clean and organised, safely
store and rotate deliveries, and follow all food hygiene and safety
procedures. Your role will include supporting the chef with day-to-day
tasks, assisting with cleaning and sanitising equipment and surfaces,
and ensuring a professional and welcoming kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone reliable, well-organised, and
enthusiastic, with a willingness to work as part of a team. A basic
understanding of food safety is preferred, though training will be
provided. Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is
an advantage but not essential — a positive attitude and commitment to
supporting residents are what matter most.
