Rowan Park is a modern, traditionally built care home in the rural town of Radstock, offering luxury accommodation for up to 50 residents. We specialise in Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care, creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents can truly thrive.

We are now seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Whether you are experienced in care homes or looking to bring your nursing expertise into a new setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference every day.

What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional care. You will develop and implement personalised care plans, administer medications safely, and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing. You will lead and guide the care team during your shift, ensuring seamless handovers, clear communication, and a safe, supportive environment.

You will also build strong relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance and support, while championing dignity, respect, and independence at every opportunity.

About You

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active PIN
• Passionate about person-centred care and improving the lives of residents
• Calm, compassionate, and approachable, with excellent communication skills
• A confident leader who supports and inspires the care team
